• Suggested Ages: Its speed is similar to that of a bicycle at 12mph. New regulationsmake us put a sticker on itthat says "NEVER permit children under age 14 to operate this vehicle". 12mph is actually slower than a bicycle in many circumstances.

• Charger port + Charger: Every Scooter comes with a 24 volt charger. It takes 3-6 hours to fully recharge the battery. When the light on the charger changes from red to green, it is done charging. One charge will last you for 2-3 hours of stop and go use. If you ride on it continuously at full speed, the charge will last about 45 minutes, but most people use it for stop and go use like going to the grocery store or to a friends house. The electric scooters are supposed to go for around 300 charges before you will have to replace the batteries. Of course leaving the lights on in-between uses will shorten this time just like it does your car battery.

• Shipping: Shipping is free. Thisscooters is normally delivered to you by DHL trucking company.We have paid extra so that the residential delivery, lift gate and the telephone call to you by the trucking company is all paid by us. So yes, residential delivery is free. The trucking company will usually call you up the day prior to delivery and arrange a suitable delivery time. Make sure when buying this unit that you include at least 2 daytime phone numbers so that the trucking company can get in contact with you.
  
  
  
• No Sales Tax: We do not charge you any sales tax unless you live in Texas or Washington state. Your unitswill ship out of our warehouse inDallas, Texas. After it leaves our warehouse, it usually takes between 2 to 6 working days to get to you (warehouse opened Monday-Friday).

Why do we offer free shipping while most other internet sellers add an additional $150-$250to ship it to you?Answer: We are the biggest direct importer of Chinese ATVs in the USA and we sell to them. If you buy from us, there is no middle man such as the internetseller working out of his house oryour local dealer.
