Is this vehicle legal in my state?
All vehicles sold by Best Price ATVs are legal in most states. Since each state has different state laws and requirements, we cannot guarantee vehicles sold on our website to be street legal or
able to be registered in your area. Please check with your local DMV for state specific requirements such as vehicle registration, age requirements and helmet laws prior to any purchase. California residents require C.A.R.B. approval (California Air Resolution Board) to be legal in the state of California.

Where and how do I get replacement parts? Do you stock your parts?
Best Price ATVs is the authorized dealer for every product that we sell;
therefore we can support our customers 100%. We have replacement parts for
every bike and ATV we sell. We ensure the fastest response by stocking all
parts in our warehouse. You can contact us at (866) 474-5060 and ask to
speak to a parts representative for parts questions and to request parts.

How long does it take to deliver to our place?
Delivery usually takes 6-7 business days, but depends on your location.

Do bikes come assembled or not?
To save our customer shipping costs, most of our vehicles come 85-90% assembled. Final assembly is easy and usually takes only 20-40 minutes. Most of our vehicles also come with owner's manuals with assembly instructions for that model.

Product Questions
Can I start my 50cc ATV using your remote control that comes with it?
The remote control is designed as a safety feature for kids. It can only shut down the engine, and is not designed to restart the engine. The ON button is used to enable the engine to start again, if you use the remote to shut down the engine, you then need to press the ON button in order to start the ATV again.

Are parts interchangeable?
Some parts are interchangeable, but when you buy your vehicle from us, we recommend and offer you the original OEM parts for all of our Bikes and ATVs.
