Our return policy is simple and easy to follow. If within 7 days after you take delivery, you decide you would like to return the unit (for whatever reason) we will be happy to assist you in your return. We want you to be completely satisfied. In order to keep our prices the Best Price available, all we ask is that you contact us for an
RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) first. Then pay for shipping back to our warehouse in the original packaging and pay a modest 15% restocking fee.
